Making A Decision

The Sunburst team works to ensure your needs are met. We work with you to determine when your new solution needs to be in use in the classroom, then we work backwards to determine school resource availability and implementation dates that align.  Depending on the complexity of your student and teacher base, our solutions can be up and running in as little as an hour.

We are always available to talk and can typically work through budget issues regarding time of year as well as helping to find funding opportunities or grants.​ Want to talk to a school already using the solution? We can arrange that for you.


Once an order is confirmed our customer success process begins. You or the designated product champion will start to receive information regarding the resources you have available. Our support staff is always available to walk you through how to set up and use our solutions.  


An account manager will call you to confirm the contacts on the account are correct and the necessary schedule to have your solution up and running.

We will continue to assist with questions, training and support until we get confirmation of successful classroom usage of your chosen solution. After that we follow up periodically throughout the year, but our support team will always be available if needed. And we love success stories so please share with us your positive results!
